We get together with consumers who know each other. In-home ethnos with families, friends, neighbors, co-workers. Because it’s not a mix of strangers, they are immediately at ease and willingly open up to share personal opinions and feelings. And because they are among familiar faces, they can’t fib (their friends will call them out in a heartbeat).  

The conversation is fun, spirited, and energetic - and the debates unearth fascinating discoveries and powerful insights.
