experiential intercepts.

We put ourselves in the proper real-life context where non-recruited targets are using and experiencing brands and services.

We have conducted thousands of intercepts on the street; in schools and colleges; in restaurants and bars; on planes, trains, and subways; in parks and recreation centers; in concert venues and sports stadiums; in hotels; on college campuses; in museums; at theme parks; and more.

We observe consumers, identify behaviors, then ask questions in a comfortable and unobtrusive manner. This allows us to get to the ‘while-it’s-happening’ truth versus quant surveys and focus groups that rely on consumers’ recall.
