in-home ethnos.

Meeting consumers when and where they are living their real lives, far away from a sterile research facility. Quality time spent in their neighborhoods and in their homes.  We meet spouses, partners, kids, friends, neighbors, and pets.

We experience, in-person, how their daily lives unfold. In the comfort of their surroundings, they share with us deep, personal stories that help us understand the very heart and soul of their lives.

They share their perspectives, needs, and challenges, from the everyday grind to life-altering events. Exploring their personal stories helps us understand what makes them tick…and how and why they make decisions regarding products, brands, and services.

Alongside them during our multi-hour ethnographies, we have cleaned homes, prepared dinner, shuttled kids to activities, folded laundry, and organized closets - you name it, we’ve done it. We can also include shop-alongs as part of our in-home ethnos.
